Whole avocados, halved avocados, monstera leaves, palm fronds, hibiscus and plumeria – painted in watercolour and printed edge to edge across a deep navy camp-collar shirt. The print runs over the seams and the buttons rather than stopping at a panel, so nothing lines up in that cheap, repeated way.
Navy was a deliberate choice. Avocado prints usually land on green or cream, where the fruit disappears into the background; against dark blue the greens actually read as avocados from across a room.
The fabric is featherlight recycled polyester that wicks instead of clinging, which is what makes it wearable in an Escondido August. The fit is intentionally oversized with a relaxed camp collar, so it works open over a tee or buttoned on its own.

Good to know
Where the fabric is double-layered, the inner layer can show through faintly, which is normal for an all-over print. The fabric softens after the first wash.
